By using the AshbahChat iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Content and external links

AshbahChat presents editorial cards, images, video, GIFs, articles, and links about Snapchat, creators, augmented reality, campaigns, and related media. External websites and services are controlled by their own operators; their content and availability are not guaranteed by AshbahChat.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access or purchase controls, probe private systems, automate abusive traffic, or copy and redistribute protected content without permission.

Editorial chat and free support

The in-app chat lets you exchange editorial feedback and ideas with the AshbahChat team without creating an account. A random identifier is assigned to keep the conversation available on your device, and any name, email address, or phone number you add is optional. Standard membership may include direct editorial chat described as "unlimited"; this means there is no ordinary membership message quota, but reasonable rate limits, availability limits, and fair-use protections still apply. Chat is not an emergency service and immediate replies are not guaranteed. Abusive, unlawful, or automated messages may be limited or removed.

Help with billing, privacy, safety, account access, or another service problem remains available without a paid membership through the support link shown in the app or our support page.

Standard membership

When enabled, Standard is an auto-renewing membership that may include exclusive stories and media, direct editorial chat, and the ability to send content suggestions. The localized price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms returned by Apple StoreKit and displayed in Apple's purchase confirmation are authoritative. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The membership renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal time shown by Apple. You can manage or restore purchases through the app and your Apple ID settings.

Features and editorial availability may change over time. A membership does not guarantee publication of a suggestion, a particular reply time, or uninterrupted access where maintenance, legal, safety, or fair-use restrictions apply.

Notifications

Push notifications and category preferences are optional and remain free whether or not you subscribe. You can change your categories in the app and disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings. A free notification may link to a Standard-only story; the notification itself is not a paid feature.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms as the service evolves. We aim to keep information useful and available, but provide the app on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

AshbahChat branding, original editorial material, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, media, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
